意見対立の解消

おはようございます、現場をご機嫌に進化させるファシリテーター小田昌敬です。

「無駄か？無駄ではないか？その判断基準とは？」
「無駄か？無駄ではないか？その判断基準とは、極めて主観的」
の続きです。

会議やミーティングなどで意見の対立は結構な頻度で起こります。
価値、判断基準が違うため対立が起こるわけです。

ところが、
「理想の状態」を念頭に置いてかんがえてみると
対立している意見のほとんどが、

「理想の状態」に近づく手段やその一要素だったりするのです。

対立関係になると、優劣を付けるという意識になりがちですが
実際には、取り組む順番を決めているだけであると考えることができます。

たとえば
Ａ案、Ｂ案それぞれを主張する人たちがいて、メリットデメリットがある
「理想の状態」を意識して
今の私たちだったら、
どっちが取り組みやすく成功率が高いか
どちらの案がより早く「理想の状態に近づくのか」

と考えどちらから取り組むのか順番の議論していると考えれば、
さほど感情的にならずに済みそうだと思いませんか？

なかには、排他的な判断をしなければならない事もあるでしょうが

会議などのファシリテーションで、
最初にそのチームの理想の状態や、この会議でのゴール（この会議終了時の理想の姿）を共有するのは、このためなのです。

会議やミーティングを始める前に「理想の状態」を共有する
是非やってみてください。

時間が短くなってきますよ。
