女性警官たちの「服装の乱れ」

おはようございます、自分がお世話になるときに頼れる介護サービスがたくさんある日本であってほしいと願っているファシリテーターの小田昌敬です。

今朝、ニュースをチェックしていると
ロシア警察、女性警官たちの「服装の乱れ」に警告という記事を見つけました。

ロシア内務省は、「制服をアレンジする行為」を禁止した。具体的には、女性警官がスカートを短くしたり、男性警官がシャツの袖を切って半袖にしたりすることが流行しており、それを抑える禁止令が出されたという。

写真を見ると、きれいな人が多いなぁ、スタイルいい人が多いなぁ、かわいい、いろんな反応があるでしょうが、大切なことは

内務省のセルゲイ・ゲラシモフ副大臣は次のように述べている。「われわれが人に会うとき、最初に見るのはその人の服装だ。職務遂行中の警官の服装がきちんとしていることはきわめて重要だ。しかし時おり、警官の制服の着方が正しくない事例が見かけられる。……各警察署の署長は部下の服装に注意を払わねばならない」

とあるように、服装は、みる人に印象を与える。

もし自分が着なければならないのであれば
「カワイイからこれがいい」
男性からしても
「セクシーでいいじゃん」
と意見があっても、当然構わないとおもう。

ただ、

何らかの事故や事件に遭遇したとき
「わお、セクシーな警官にあえてラッキー」
「この服、カワイィ」
なんて、ほとんどの人は思うことはなく

多くの人は
「こいつ大丈夫か？」
「なんだか頼りないな」
と感じるのでは？

「信頼」が大切な仕事（←これも一意見で、必要ないという方もいるかもしれませんが）をしているときに、相手に与える第一印象が「信頼」につながらない場合、余分な仕事を増やしているように見える。

「信頼は（相手が）感じるもの」
だと、研修中良くいっているが、相手があなたにどのような印象を持つのか

あなたの服装やみなりが

お客様、ご利用者、そのご家族・・・
その中の、一人、二人でも「信頼」にマイナスの作用を及ぼしている
のなら

わざわざ、仕事を難しくしている、余分な仕事を増やしていると

マイナスの印象を受ける人が増えれば増えるほど
仕事の困難さは上昇するでしょう。
