無駄か？無駄ではないか？その判断基準とは、極めて主観的

業務改善のヒント

こんにちは、ファシリテーターの小田昌敬です。

『無駄か？無駄ではないか？その判断基準とは？』
の続きです。

業務改善、業務効率化をとは「無駄を省く、無駄を減らす、無駄をなくす」ことと考えることができます。

また介護は、次から次へとやることがある業種ですから
できるだけ効率よく短時間で目的・目標を達成するための業務の見直しとも言えます。

目標を伝えなければ、自分自身の目的に向かう判断をします。

「自分にとっての業務改善」を達成するための判断をおこなうのです。

たとえば、「お給料をもらう」ことが目的になっていると。。。

「効率よく短時間でお給料をもらう」となります。

「効率よく」とは、
できるだけ少ない投資でできるだけ多くの成果を得ることです
成果が同じなら、できるだけ投入する労力を減らすこと
を意味します。

これを踏まえると
「できるだけ動かないでお給料をもらう」

となります。

たとえば
「ご利用者の有する能力を最大限活かし、自立支援を援助する」ことが目的になっていれば
「できるだけ動かないで自立支援する」となり

「患者さまが安心と満足が得られる、快適な療養環境の整備に努める。」とこが目的になっていれば
「できるだけ少ない費用と労力で、安心と満足が得られる、快適な療養環境の整備する」となります。

目標、判断基準とは、極めて主観的なのです。
だから、目標の共有は重要なのです。

情報共有の起点となり、最も重要な情報と言える「目標」スタッフそれぞれの頭にしっかりと入っていますか？
