スタンダード（基準）を守る
中間管理職が絶対に果たさなければならない役目とは、その部署や現場のスタンダード（基準）を守ることです。
つまり、会社がその部署や現場に対して与えている役割を、きちんと果たせるようにすることです。

うちのチームでは、
この作業は、どれくらいの時間で行うのか
合格点はどのラインなのか

チームで仕事をしていくためには、スタンダード（基準）が必要です。

「作法」という言葉があります。
茶道など一連の動作の流れ、手順を考えることができます。

そこには、基準と合格点がありますよね。
無駄を排し、見て美しい
合理的な動きとも言われています。
介護には
「美しさ」までは求めなくてもよいかもしれません。
不快感をあたえない程度でよいかもしれません

あなたは、あなたの職場の基準を知っていますか？

多くの場合
手順書やマニュアルと言う形でまとめてあります。

そこには、基準が明確な形で記されていますか？

後輩が来たとき、説明ができますか？

現場でそれぞれが適切に判断し動くチームになるために・・・

基準は必須です。

介護の質を担保する近道なのではないでしょうか？
