サウナの中で息を吸っているみたい

そんな、そんな朝を神戸で迎えたファシリテーターの小田昌敬です。

今日は、神戸市社会福祉協議会　市民福祉大学の主催で

主任者対象研修「業務改題の改善」みなが成長ある職場を目指して
の講師を務めてきました。

内容はこんな感じ・・・・

という内容でお届けしました。

いつもの業務改善講座と一緒じゃん
と思った方、正解です。

「大切なこと」は大きく変化しない
いい加減な基礎の上に、やっつけの仕事では
できたものが、カンタンの壊れてしまいますからね。

で、タイトルの「緊張の夏」
正直今日は緊張しました。

といっても講座の時間ではなく

朝、事務所の奥の応接室に案内されるとき

そこにいたスタッフが全員

規律してお出迎え

これにはまいりました。

おもてなしを標榜する会社でも、ここまで徹底できているチームはそうそうありません。

放置プレーを得意とする私は

その姿、態度、行動に感心するとともに緊張したのでした。

もちろん、退室時も全員で見送られ

タクシーにのっても
見えなくなるまで（角を曲がるまで）

担当者が炎天下の屋外で見送ってくれました。

これを、特別なことではなく、普通だと思って行動していることがまたスゴイ！

こんなチーム素敵ですよね。
