では、

部下に７割喋らせろ

と書きました。

今回は、

上司であるあなたが話す

３割について・・・

 

「欠点」「未熟」「伸びしろ」

全て、今できない事を意味します。

きっと経験値を積んだ

あなたにとって

多くの部下の

できない事

未熟な事

が目につくでしょう。

でも

「欠点」「未熟」「伸びしろ」

ニュアンスが違いませんか？

 

ちょっと自分を振り返ってください。

あなたたが今できていないこと

特に、他の人は当たり前のようにできるのに、

あなたはできない（苦手）

ことはありませんか？

 

周囲から

あなたのできない事を

「それがあなたの欠点だ」

と言われると

しょんぼりしたり反発心など

仕事に対してマイナスの作用をする

気持ちになりませんか？

 

「まだ未熟だね」はいかがでしょう？

これもどちらかといえばマイナスよりではないですか？

では

「まだ伸びしろがあるね」

「そこを伸ばせばもっとよくなるね」

と言われたらいかがでしょう？

前向きな気持ちで仕事に

指摘された課題に向き合う可能性が高いと思いませんか？

 

面談時、上司が話す3割が

前向きな気持ちを引き出す事ができたら

とても素敵です効率がいいと思いませんか？
