疲れたと感じたら、
考えることやめ、
休んだり
寝たりすることに限る。

おはようございます、業務改善ファシリテーターの小田昌敬です。

あなたは

仕事を頑張るあまり
睡眠時間を削っていませんか？

やむ負えない時期もあると思います。
その時期は集中して、
がんばれば良いと思います。

しかし、忙しさや睡眠不足が
状態化（3か月以上続いている）しているのであれば
「あれっ？」と
思ったほうが良いかもしれません。

一時的ならOKです。

でも、効率を改善する努力は
忘れないようにしましょう。

「今日も寝れなかったのよ！」
と開き直らないように。

管理職（にかぎらないか）にとっては、
コンディションを整えることも仕事です。

管理職の大切な仕事の一つが
「部下が仕事に対して力を発揮できるようにすること」
ですよね？

機嫌が悪かったり
顔色が悪かったり

して

部下に気を使わせる
部下に顔色を窺わせているようであれば、

部下の仕事の効率化の邪魔をしているのかもしれません。

なかには、睡眠時間が短くても大丈夫な方も
いらっしゃるかもしれませんが、

一度、振り返ってみてくださいね。
