業務改善ファシリテーターの小田昌敬です。

あなたの事業所では、面談行なわれていますか？

していないのであれば、ぜひしてください。

特に、ユニットケアの事業所では重要です。

 

うまく行えば人材定着に繋がる面談も

やり方を間違えれば、

単にプレッシャーを与えているだけ。

ひょっとしたら、主体性や自主性を奪っているかもしれません。

上司が一方的に喋っておしまい。

部下が話さ（話せ）ない

面談になっていませんか？

 

人財が定着している事業所の特徴に

「安心」があります。

「安心」して働ける職場は定着率が高く

「不安」な職場は定着率が低いのです。

厳しさ、忙しさより重要な項目なのです。

良い面談はスタッフに

「ちゃんとみてもらっている」

「自分のことを理解しようとしてくれている」

「一緒に考えてくれている」

という安心感を提供できます。

上司よりも部下にたくさん話してもらうことが

一つの指標です。話時間のバランスは3:7を目指しましょう。
