新人がすぐ辞める！

　新人がすぐ辞めるので、現場が大変なんです！

職場課題ヒアリングの

頻出単語の代表例です。

 

これを出した方には

「すぐ」とはどれくらいですか？

「すぐ辞める」から大変なんですか？誰かが辞めるから大変なんですか？

と２つの質問をします。

私の経験上「すぐ」は半日＝4時間です。

なぜなら、前職時代に2人いるからです。

初日に昼食を食べに出て

そのまま帰ってこなかった新人が。

その日の午後は大変でしたよ。

でも、翌日からは何とかなる（するの方が適切か）んですよね。

予定が狂う大変さ

が

段取りが取れる大変さ

に代わるからです。

冷静になると気づけると思うのですが

「すぐ辞める」大変さとは

期待を裏切られた気持ちの要素が強いんですよね。

裏切られた！と思うから

腹がたつ

腹が立つから印象に残ってる。

だから、ワークの時に意見として出てくる。

でも

ほんとうにキツイのは

ちゃんとした戦力であった人が辞めた時ではないでしょうか？

すぐ辞められると、

管理職の方はシフトの変更とか

保険やもろもろの諸手続きが大変なので

こういった仕事を担当している人が言っているのか

現場の人が言っているのか

で差があると思いませんか？

 

ぜひ冷静になって

「続かない人は早く辞めてもらった方がよい」かもしれない

と考えてみてください。

 

もちろん、

どんな人が来ても立派に育ててみせる！

という選択肢もアリです。

この場合、

ぜひ意気込みだけではなく

他人任せではなく、

自分自身が育てる！

という気持ちがないと、打率が悪くなることは目に見えています。

採用にかかわる方へ

あなたが「責任をもって育てる」

という覚悟なく採用し

育成は現場の責任だと持っているとしたら

自分自身の

余分な仕事を増やしている

無駄を増やしている

のだと認知してください。

 

とはいえ、

現場に入らない管理職なので

育成に責任を持てと言われても・・・
