「母の世話にイライラした」暴行し死なせた疑い、容疑の６０歳女を逮捕

また、残念な事件がおこりました。

介護していた母親に暴力を振るって死なせたとして、警視庁本所署は、傷害致死の疑いで、東京都墨田区錦糸、無職、木村美代子容疑者（６０）を逮捕した。同署によると、「母の身の回りの世話にイライラしてしまい、週に３、４回は殴っていた」と容疑を認めている。

「寝たきり」と書かれているので
ケアマネージャーやヘルパーなどとのかかわりがあったと予想される。
（利用していないのであれば、それはなぜなんだろう？）

身体介護を指定場、体にある小さな異変
に気づけなかったのだろうか？
記録されていないのだろうか？
記録されていても、周囲は気づかなかったのだろうか？

専門職の目で、小さな異変に気づき
追い込まれないように手を打っていく

厚生労働省においては、２０２５年（平成３７年）を目途に、高齢者の尊厳の保持と自立生活の支援の目的のもとで、可能な限り住み慣れた地域で、自分らしい暮らしを人生の最期まで続けることができるよう、地域の包括的な支援・サービス提供体制（地域包括ケアシステム）の構築を推進しています。

「可能な限り」の境界線を越えるのは一瞬かもしれない。
朝には大丈夫でも夜には超えているかもしれない

素人依存度が高くなっていく中で
専門職に求められる責任は重くなっていく。。。
