と判断しますが、

以前「行列のできる食堂」で

masaさんこと菊地雅洋さんの講演会
「超高齢化社会と介護サービス」を聴きに行きました。

その中で
サービス提供側の都合で作る行列は「我慢」「強制」の象徴
とおっしゃっていました。

老人ホームには、行列のできる食堂を持っているところがあります。

サービス提供側の都合で作る行列を作らないでね、というメッセージを送りました。

これが、病院にも当てはまる場合がある。。。

という記事を現役のドクターのブログ「みのり先生の診察室」で見つけたので紹介します。

肛門科って、普通の内科と違ってリピートしないんですよね。

意味分かりますか？

近所のかかりつけの先生とは、ずーっとながーいお付き合いになるでしょう？

風邪をひいたりすれば受診したり、薬をもらいに行ったりして、途切れませんよね？

でもね、肛門科って違うんです。

治ったら終わりなんです。

もう二度と来られないんですよ。

ある意味、二度と来ないように持って行くのが治療だったりするわけです。

自分がお客様、ご利用者、患者さんに仕事として何を提供しているのか。
