基本の大切さ

介護初心者向け

おはようございます、成長する介護現場をつくるファシリテーターの小田昌敬です。

あなたは、運転免許を持っていますか？

では、制限速度をいつも守っていますか？

1：いつでも道路標識を見て、ない所では法定速度をしっかりと守っていますよ。
2：他の自動車の流れに乗るように、運転しているから、捕まることはないでしょう。
3：ネズミ取りのポイントは知ってるから、捕まらないように事故らないように走ってるよ。

など、いろんな考え方があると思います。
（2,3は違法じゃないか、コンプライアンス云々というツッコミは、ここではなしでおねがいします。）

ところが、パトカーの姿が見えたとき

2,3の人は、だいたい、
スピード違反にならない速度に落とす

ようです。

なぜ、このような事をするのでしょうか？

「捕まるから？」

それもあります、

なぜ捕まると思うのでしょう？

それは、
「自分はルールを破っている」
という自覚があるからです。

だから
自律的に判断し行動している。

研修を提供していて

気を遣うポイントの一つがここ

介護現場はやることがたくさんあり

ナースコールであちこちから呼ばれ

上司からは、さっさとしろ　と言われ

スピード重視になりがち

その結果

動作、言葉遣い、心遣い、

など

ガサツに荒く、丁寧さが無くなって行く方向へ流れがちです。

このままじゃまずい！

と気づき、修正できるかどうかが

とても大切なポイントです。

私自身、研修をおこなうときに相当気を使っています。

なぜなら
研修を受講する方々は

（冒頭の制限速度の選択肢っぽく表現すると）
1：いつでも法律を含めやるべきことを守って仕事をしています。
2：周りの人と同じように仕事をしています。
3：叱られないように、仕事をしよう。
など

といった人たちが混在する（という前提に立っている）からです。

研修のオーダーをいただくときに
窓口になる方（概ね役職者や意識の高い方）からは

「3」の人を何とかしたいという要望が多いのですが

私は「2」の方が優先順位が高いと思っています。

なざなら「3」のタイプの人は、
「ルールを破っている」という自覚があるのに対し、

「2」の人は、運転免許の場合と違い、
「ルールを破っている」という自覚がない可能性があるからです。

言い換えれば
「ルールは一緒にいる先輩」

「3」の先輩の夜勤のとき・・・・

怖くないですか？

守るべき、基本や基準がスタッフ全員の頭に入っていますか？
