「シフトが夜勤ばかりに…」現役介護士に聞いた“介護の現状”

変なあおりもなく、実態に即した記事だなぁという印象です。

このインタビュー記事の中で

不足した人材を補うため、パートなど非正規職員が増えることも、激務につながっているという。
「パートの方だと、土日や正月、お盆などは休みを取るケースが多く、そこを少ない正規社員のみでカバーすることになります。早番と日勤、日勤と遅番をくっつけて、本来よりも長く働かなければ間に合わず、シフトがきつくなるのです」

残念！

多くの事業所が、総人件費を抑えるためにパート雇用を増やしているのではないでしょうか？
これが、悪循環の始まりになっていることを気づいてほしいです。

正職員希望でパート求人に応募してくる人と
パート求人にのみ応募してくる人

は基本メンタリティが異なります。

パート求人にのみ応募する人は
「休みも融通がきくし、責任も負わなくて済む」
というメリットを享受したくて
パートという雇用形態を選択し。

そして
年間収入を扶養の範囲内に抑えたい、と思っている方がほとんどです。

このため、記事にあるように
パート雇用が増えると
シフトが組み辛くなり
正職員の負担が増える・・・

×人が定着しない
×すぐ辞める

とよく言われますが
最悪の出来事は

エースが辞める

ことではないでしょうか。

エースは
〇責任感があります。
〇愚痴を言いません
〇努力をします。
〇持ちうる能力を最大限発揮しようとします。

だからこそ
「キツイので持ちません、辞めます」
といったときには、
すでに手遅れ

遺留が困難なところまで
自分を追い込んでいることがほとんどです。

こんな、残念な未来にならないよう
求人、雇用、新人研修をきっちりしてくださいね。
