「闇営業」記者会見に対応する形で
吉本興業の岡本社長が記者会見をおこない、
話題になってますね。

色々言われていますが

もし仮に、
社長の発言が本当なら
（個人的には、考え抜かれた芝居の可能性が高い、とみています）

新人リーダーの悩みと同じ現象かもしれません。

パワハラとも犯罪とも言われている発言
「お前ら、テープ回してないやろな」
「一人で会見したらええわ。やってもええけど、ほんなら全員クビにするからな。」
「おれにはお前ら全員クビにする力がある」

これらの発言を本気で
場を和ませるため
と思っていた。
ギャグだと思ってもらえることを期待した発言だった。
という趣旨の発言をされた後に

「彼らとの距離感も含めて、それが身内みたいなつもりで思ってたところが、そういうことではなかったということ」

マネージャーの経験を持ち
誰もが見たことがあるであろう番組の
プロデューサーとしても現場で活躍した岡本社長

当時マネージャーをしていた芸人の番組に
ブリーフ姿でテレビに出演し笑いをとる

なんてことをやっていたら

芸人さんたちを

「一緒にお笑いを作る仲間」
と思っていてもおかしくはないですよね。

本人は
肩書が変わっただけで
自分は何も変わっていない・・・

それは、そうかもしれません

ただ
時間の経過と肩書の変更に伴い
「見られ方が変わった」
ことに気づけなかった。

役職が上がるほど
発言のパワーがあがる

仲間→評価者へとウェイトが変わっていく

もし、あなたが
ユニットリーダーになったばかりで

・ユニットのメンバーからよそよそしさを感じたのなら
メンバーへの
・「提案」を「指示」としてとらえていたり
・「お願い」を「命令」と思われ
て悩んでいるのなら

これは、ある意味
組織が組織として機能している証拠

だからこそ

「彼らとの距離感も含めて、それが仲間みたいなつもりで思ってたところが、そういうことではなかったということ」

になるのです。

役職が上がると
同じあなたの発言も

「提案」は「指示」に
「お願い」は「命令」に
「質問」は「お願い」
「いじり」は「いじめ」

へと変化していることを考えて
伝え方を変化させましょう。
