そんなときにどうするか。

気付きを築く

こんにちは、業務改善ファシリテーターの小田昌敬です。

今日は、別の分野で学んだことを皆さんにシェア。

これまで学んできたことの一つに九星氣学があります。

生年年月日や名前からその人運勢を見たり

世相の流れ、その中でどのような思考・態度・行動を取ればよいのか
また
家相の良し悪しを見たりする、古からの智慧の集合体です。

詳細を
信じるか信じないかはあなた次第！

ですが、誰もが使える智慧だと思うものを紹介します。

ざっくりと
・イライラしやすい状況が発生する
・自分の力が出すぎるので抑えたほうが良い
・自分の意図しないところからトラブルがやってくる
・不注意で相手を傷つけやすい
という、方位やタイミングがあるという考え方です。

方位やタイミングの見方を信じないとしても
対処法、考え方は十分に使えると思います。

イライラする状況が、発生したならば
・明るい笑顔で生活する。
・はじめに相手の要望を聞き、自分の主張をしない
・怒らない、イライラしない。

自分の力が出すぎるときは
・無理はしない
・自分の役割を自覚する。
・わがままを通さない、ひとに強制しない。

トラブルにあったなら
・目標をしっかりと意識する。
・予定どおりに進まなくても、不満をいわずに対応する
・諦めない

などです。

すべてがうまくいく日もあれば
うまくいかない日もあります。

特に、イライラを撒き散らす先輩に後輩はついてきません。
（昔の私がそうでした）

下手をすると
ヒヤリハットの報告すらなくなっていきます。

チーム内の情報共有、連携をおかしくしているのが
まさかの自分・・・・

重症だと

そのことすら、自覚できないこともあります。

部下から信頼され
チームの情報と仕事がスムースに流れる

そんなチームを作りたいと思っている方は、是非活用してくださいね。
