自立支援とは

日創研さんの「達人ケアマネ」にファシリテーションに関する原稿をかいている。

その中で、役職者がファシリテーターに向いていない、素人のほうが向いていると書いた。

この意味は、結構深い

ファシリテーターは、基本支援者である。

参加者が主役

ファシリテーターは黒子

存在感がないほうが良い黒子

存在があからまさにみえてはいけない。

介護の自立支援にも同じことが言えないだろうか

「お年寄りが、喜んでくれるからこの仕事が好きなんです。」
といっている人に、時々違和感を持つことがある。

その後ろに
「自分が役立つ存在であることを、お年寄りが証明してくれるから好きなんです。」
というニュアンスを感じるから

この感覚、ちょっと危ない
なぜなら、自立支援と真逆の行動の源泉になるから

自分が役立つ存在であるということは、
被支援者にとって、あなたの存在が大きいということ

これが、依存によるものでなければね

自分が役立つ存在であることを、手っ取り早く実現する方法が

依存させること

意識してなくても、ついやってる人が多い

私自身、時々気づいてハッとする。

被支援者の力を引出すことができているか
被支援者の自律：判断力を奪っていないか
被支援者が思考する機会と時間をうばっていないか
被支援者の気持ちを前向きに保てているか
被支援者が自分の力で生きているという実感を持ってもらっているか

考えることはおおい
