こんにちは
ファシリテーターの小田昌敬です。

きょうは、自戒の意味もこめて、ある本の一説を

私に出会った人物が、
私を傷つけ、私に涙を流させ、
私に思わず呪いの声を挙げさせるような場面になった時、

私はどうすれば笑うことができるのか？

こんな場合、
私を救ってくれる強力な呪文がある。

私は、常日頃から、この呪文を唱え、訓練しておく

その言葉とは

これもいずれ過ぎゆくものだ

という言葉である。

　　　　「地上最強の商人」より

悪いことや嫌なことがあっても
いずれ過ぎていく

いいことや扱うに困るほどのお金を
手に入れたとしても
いずれ自分の元を過ぎていく

出来事も
お金も

「流れ」の中にあるのだ

ずーっと自分の元にあるとは限らない

と理解できると

気持ちが楽になれませんか？

気持ちが落ち着きませんか？

気持ちの切り替え

何らかの判断→行動
をするうえで、心が落ちつかせる

ことに役立つと嬉しいです。
