「プロ意識」と言いますが、私は、サッカーでは
「ひとつひとつのプレーへのこだわり」だと思います。

具体的には
「なぜ、今そのパスを出したのか」
「なぜ、今ドリブルをしたのか」
「なぜ、今そこへ動いたのか」
という意図です。

意図あるプレーとは
試合展開のなかで、
なぜ、そのプレーをしたのかを
説明できることです。

めまぐるしく、
展開の変わるサッカーの試合では、
レベルが上がるほど、
選手個々の一挙手一投足に必ず意図があります。

いや、なければならないのです。

一番してはいけないことは、
「なんとなくプレーすることです。」

なんとなく動いて
なんとなく仕事が流れて、
すぐに次に進んじゃうって方
多いんですけど

それをやると、
ぜんぜんのびないので
やめましょう。

今日からやめるだけで
伸びていきます。

「プロ意識」と言いますが、私は、介護では
「ひとつひとつの動作へのこだわり」だと思います。

具体的には
「なぜ、今その声掛けをしたのか」
「なぜ、今その動きをしたのか」
「なぜ、今そこで、その介助をしたのか」
という意図です。

意図ある介護とは
ケア展開のなかで、
なぜ、その行動をしたのかを
説明できることです。

めまぐるしく、
展開の変わるお年寄りの気分や生活の場では、
レベルが上がるほど、
スタッフ個々の一挙手一投足に必ず意図があります。

いや、なければならないのです。

一番してはいけないことは、
「なんとなく業務をすることです。」

と聞こえてきた。

「意図」を持つ、からこそ、失敗がより良いケアの糧になる。

そんなことを感じた、出来事でした。
