こんにちは、ボトムアップ・ファシリテーターの小田昌敬です。

医療機関や介護施設を対象に行ってきたセミナー「業務に追われない7つのステップ」の内容から
リバウンドを抑えた業務改善の考え方、進め方を公開していきます。

これは、実際に私がコンサルティングに入ったときに手をつけていく順番です。若い番号ほど基礎、土台に近いと考えています。

言いかえればより若い番号項目が脆弱であれば、どれだけ良いものを積み上げていても、崩壊のリスクを抱えていると考えています。

 

たとえば、

求人のサポートを依頼されたとしても、理念や方向性の共有ができていない場合、先輩スタッフの言っていることが人によって違い、入ってきた新人が混乱します。
自律的に考え行動しようとする人ほど混乱が大きく、考えれば考えるほど苦しくなってくるようです。考えることをやめ、言われたことだけをする人が増える環境とも言えます。

「自律的に考え、行動する人」が
「人財」と呼ばれる人たちの共通点だともいます。

いてほしい人（になる可能性の高い人）が職場を去り
指示待ち人間ばかり増えていく。。。

看護・介護現場は、その場その場で判断し動かなければいけない場面が、他業種に比べ著しく多い職場です。

こんな状態は避けたいですよね
採用力Ⅳを強化する前に、内部の受け入れ態勢である、Ⅰ~Ⅲを順番に押さえていく方がリバウンドを防ぐことができると考えているのです。
