人生はまさにブーメランだ。人に与えたものは手元にかえってくる。

現在、広島の土砂災害被災地に たくさんのボランティアの方が参加されています。

なかには、東北の震災の被災された方もいらっしゃるとききました。

助けてもらったから、助けにきました！

 

「恩返し」 かと思えば

「仕返し」 なんて言葉もありますね。

 

おっと、去年は 「やられたら、やりかえす、倍返しだ！」 なんて言葉がはやりました。

 

いいことも悪いことも 与えたら、帰ってくる。

 

その人からではないかもし無いけれど。

 

また これは自分だけの話ではなく、

親が周囲に与えたものを、

子どもが受け取るってこともあります。

 

「あなたのお父さんにとってもお世話になりました！」

と、

ものではない財産を受け継ぐこともあります。

 

職場の中でもブーメラン現象は 起こっていませんか？

あなたの上機嫌が周りの上機嫌を

あなたの不機嫌が周りの不機嫌を

そして、場の空気を作り出していますよね。

 

周囲の不機嫌はあなたの仕事に悪影響を与えていませんか？
（感情的には、その状態の方を望んでる場合もありますが）

 

介護現場が忙しいことは重々承知しています。
