リバウンドのない業務改善の流れ 8　軸と幅の共有化

業務改善のヒント

こんにちは、ファシリテーターの小田昌敬です。

申し送りや引き継ぎ、ミーティングなど情報共有の場面で重要なポイントとなる
「軸と幅の共有化」についてです。

ちょっと考えてみてください。

「あの人お金持ちよね」
といった時の「お金持ち」とは
いったいいくらのお金を持っている人なのでしょうか？

1000万？　
3000万？　
1億？　　　
10億？

いろいろな、ご意見はあると思います。
自分がいくらぐらいと思ったのかを、取りあえず覚えておいてください。

　3年前の12月、

ある先生のビジネスパートナーのＲさんと忘年会でご一緒しました。

宴もたけなわ、熱いおでんとお酒が進んだところで
先生が
「Ｒ君の友人が凄くリッチなんだよ、月収いくらか当ててごらん」
といったのです。。。

さて、あなたはいくらだ思います？
月収ですよ、

想像してください。

「凄くリッチ」ですよ。

Ｒさんの口から出た答えは・・・

「日本円だと、だいたい14億円かなぁ」

「は？14億って聞こえたんですけど、月収ですよ」

「そう、月収14～15億円、彼のお父さんはもう一桁あがるよ」

「・・・」

その後の話で、その友人とは、亡国の財閥の御曹司とか・・・

月収14億円という金額は、私の想像の範囲を超えていました。

事の真偽はさておき

ここでお伝えしたいことは

　人は言葉を理解する時、それぞれの解釈に軸（普通だと思っているレベル、程度）と幅（想定できる範囲）があります。

　そして、人によって違いがあり、かなりの確率でズレがあることが当たり前なのです。

日常会話の中でだけでなく、申し送りや引き継ぎ、ミーティングなど情報共有の場面
あらゆる場面で
　微妙に解釈に違いがある。
　指示命令の解釈が違うと
いったことが日常的に起こっているという前提に立っている方が

適切な情報共有、申し送りや引き継ぎができるでしょう。

介護現場に密接にかあ割るところであれば
「清潔」
このいつも使っている言葉も、どうやら看護師さん介護福祉士などの介護職との
あいだにズレがあると感じています。

　医療現場で育成された看護師にとって「清潔」とは、普通に目に見えない細菌レベルにまで想定の幅があります。
ところが、介護職で同等の意識を持っている人は稀です。

この違いは、専門性の違い、すなわち資格取得までの学習内容の違いがもたらしていると思っています。

「清潔」に関しては、介護福祉士を取る過程では看護師さんほど

学んでいない
教えられていない

というこです。

　「常識 とは18歳までに身に付けた偏見のコレクションのことをいう」
アイシュタインンの名言の通り、

人はお互い、成長した環境や経験によりさまざまな偏見を常識だと思ってい生きているのです。

このズレをなくすために、２つの方法をおススメします。

1.普段使っている単語の確認しましょう。
ここでは「清潔」を取り上げましたが、
解釈に誤解があっては、業務上支障が出る単語をピックアップし
スタッフみんなで、言葉の定義、範囲について話し合う時間を設けてください。
いろんな気づきがあると思いますよ。

職場内全員が同じ学びができる環境を作りましょう。
特に、入所施設は夜勤などのシフトの関係で、全員が一斉に研修を受けることができません。
このため、同じ内容を複数回開催する、ビデオに撮って違う時間帯でま学ぶなど、もれなく全員が同じ内容に接する機会は準備してください。
受講した人としていない人がいるということは、共通解釈ができない要素を増やしていることになりますよね。中途で入ってくる職員に対しても、同じ教育ができる状態が構築できたら素敵ですね。

上記取組には時間が必要すよね？
