介護現場のための成果の出る目標の立て方　個人目標三つのコツ

コーチングを学んだ人はご存知でしょうが

個人目標は
１）Be ゴール（目標）
２）Do ゴール（目標）
３）Have ゴール（目標）
3つの視点で作ってみると、より明確になります。

Beと言うのは、自分がどういう人間に「なる」か、と言う目標のこと。
Doと言うのは、何をするか？
Haveはどんなモノが欲しいか？

例えば、「車を買う」や「資格を手に入れる」と言う目標はhaveのゴールになります。
スキルや能力を身につけることもHaveゴールになります。

ほとんどの人は目標と言えば「haveゴール」の イメージがつよいのですよね

例えば「１００万円貯める」なら、
Be：無駄遣いしないような人になる
Do：お金を毎月５万円貯金する
Have：１００万円貯まる
という感じで、BeとDoを補うと、より目標が鮮明になります。

また、「信頼される介護職になる」
Be：信頼される介護職になる
Do：丁寧な行動をする
Have：たくさん、ありがとうと言われる
という具合に、DoとHaveを補います。

ときどき、Be,Do,Haveどれに当てはまるのか曖昧に感じることもあるでしょう、その場合は細かいことは気にしなくて構いません。ポイントは、いろんな表現をすることにあります。
