「何のために働いているのか」リバウンドのない業務改善の流れ6

業務改善のヒント

こんにちは、ファシリテーターの小田昌敬です。

今回のテーマは「何のために働いているのか」です。

「何のために」の部分は「目的」を指しています。目的とは「何か（誰か）を、想定する状態にしようする行為」といえます。

　多くの人にとって一番最初に発想される「働く目的」は自分や家族の命を保つための給料を得ることでしょう。

　「働く」には「はた（傍）らく（樂）」で、傍（周り）にいる人を楽（たやすい状態）にするという意味があるそうです。

ですからお給料をもらい、家族を養う糧とすることに加え、周りにいる、お客様（利用者）、上司、同僚、部下、取引先をも楽にすることをスタッフ間で共有できるといいですね。

そうでないと、それぞれ目的が違った状態で日常の業務が行われますから、さまざまな行き違いが生じ、修正しようにも、向いている方向が違いますから、難しい状態なのだといえます。
