介護現場のための成果の出る目標の立て方　目標はSMARTに　１

リーダー・中間管理職向け

新年度の向け、悩みながら目標や計画を立てている方も多いのではないでしょうか。
そこで、成果のでる目標を立てる上で役立つ5つのポイントと（個人目標）三つのコツを紹介します。

○目標はSMARTに！
SMARTとは目標設定の上で注意すべき5つのポイントの頭文字を取ったものです。
SMARTの5つにポイントを押さえて目標を設定することにより、論理的かつ具体的な目標になり、具体的な「行動」につながるといわれています。

SMARTとは？
○Specific：具体的、わかりやすい
○Measurable：計測可能、数字で表現
○Agreed：納得している
○Related：関連性のある
○Time-bound：期限がついている
（それぞれの頭文字には諸説ありますが、看護・介護現場で使いやすいものアレンジしています）

Specific（具体的）
一般的に抽象的な目標は達成しづらい、と言われています。組織目標が抽象的な表現だと目指すところがぼやけ、日常の情報共有にも悪影響を与えます。

とはいえ、看護・介護の職場が掲げる目標は「利用者の立場に立ったサービスを行う」といった理念的、抽象的になりがちです。そこで、それを達成するための具体的な行動を個人目標として書き足すことをお勧めします。

「私は~をします」という形で表現できていれば、とりあえず合格点といえるでしょう。行動目標を立てているかたも、上記表現になっているかをチェックしてみてくださいね。
