雑感

こんにちは、学ぶリーダーを応援するファシリテーターの小田昌敬です。

大阪市が、15名の社会福祉主事・社会福祉士の募集をしています。

※2018年7月4日現在掲載が終了しています。
受験資格
次の①～③をすべて満たす方
① 昭和 30 年４月２日以降に生まれた方
② 社会福祉施設又は福祉事務所等における相談業務等での在職期間
が、平成 21 年９月１日から平成 26 年８月 31 日までの間に継続し
て２年以上（平成 26 年８月 31 日現在）ある方
③ 社会福祉主事任用資格を有する方又は採用予定日までに取得する
見込みの方
（学歴は問いません。）

験資格について」を必ず確認してください。

社会福祉士としては、喜ばしいことです。

そして、採用アドバイスをしている立場からみても実績があり、同一職場で2年連続勤務を条件としている当たり、なかなか戦略的だと感心します。

税金の無駄使いを防ぐ意味においても意義のある条件だとおもいます。

しかし、疑問点が二つあります。

大阪市募集

良く見ると、事務行政採用の方は、年齢以外の制限がない。

社会福祉採用のみ2年の勤続年数の縛りがあるということは
即戦力、経験者を募集しているということか
なるほど、これもわかる。

これまで、頼れる優秀な社会福祉士にたくさん出会ってきた
きっと
彼ら彼女らが優秀である重要な要素が経験値だと思う。

よそで、経験値を積んだ人を採用すれば
育成のための経費やリスクを負わずに即戦力をゲットできる。

なんて効率のいい採用のしかたなんだ！

引き抜かれた方はきっと努力が足りないという考えたなんだろう。

30歳で初任給　222,530 円。

ん？

事務行政：職歴が民間企業の正社員（事務職）の場合8年の勤続年数がいるんだ
対して
社会福祉：職歴が社会福祉施設職員（相談援助業務）の場合10年の勤続年数が必要

？？？

大阪市から見たら
事務行政職に比べて、社会福祉の評価が低い？？？

ということか。。。

喜ばいいことではありながら、何か残念な気持ちが残る
採用情報でした。

なんらかの勘違いならよいのですが。。。
